How can I purchase tickets?

Guests are advised that the only authorized sales agents for Amica Mutual Pavilion tickets are the Amica Mutual Pavilion Box Office, Ticketmaster, AXS, Providence Bruins, and Providence College
The only authorized ticket resale services for the Amica Mutual Pavilion tickets are Ticketmaster verified sites.
Tickets purchased from any other sources may not be valid. The Amica Mutual Pavilion is not able to honor, replace, or refund invalid tickets.
No refunds or exchanges. In rare and event approved (by the show promoter) cases a refund may be granted via your original point of purchase. This policy is on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed.

Tickets purchased through an unauthorized ticket distributor or third-party may not be valid and cannot be guaranteed by the Amica Mutual Pavilion.
Ticket prices as shown may not be inclusive of fees including but not limited to: facility fees, processing fees, Ticketmaster fees. Fees may vary per show.
Ticket Buying Tips - Third Party Disclaimer
The AMP utilizes bar code scanning for ticket entry. Guests are advised that the only authorized sales agents for tickets at the AMP are as follows:

The only authorized ticket resale services for tickets at the AMP are Ticketmaster verified sites. Tickets purchased from any other source may not be valid, and the AMP is not responsible to honor, replace, or refund invalid tickets.
Guests with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase new tickets at the AMP’s Box Office, but seating inventory, location and price is based upon availability.
If you think you have been a victim of fraudulent or counterfeit tickets, contact the Consumer Protection team at 401-274-4400 or consumers@riag.ri.gov.
ADA/Accessible Seating
The AMP is committed to providing accessibility and accommodation to all our guests for their comfort, safety, and enjoyment. The venue offers a variety of wheelchair and companion seating locations throughout the arena. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. Bag Policy
To uphold health and safety protocols, minimize contact, and ensure a swifter entry process, the AMP strongly discourages guests from bringing large bags to events. If a bag is necessary, the following restrictions apply:
- Backpacks, luggage, briefcases of any size are considered prohibited items and are not allowed in the arena.
- Bags that measure larger than 14”x14”x6” are considered prohibited items and are not allowed in the arena.
- Bags that measure between 6”x4”x1.5” to 14”x 14”x6” are subject to visual inspection.
- Diaper bags and bags needed for medical purposes are permitted and will be subject to inspection. We kindly ask that you contact the AMP via email at amppvd@pvdricenter.com 24 hours prior to the event if you require additional accommodations before arrival.
Reminder: Guests with prohibited items will not be permitted entry to the arena. The AMP does NOT provide on-site storage. Guests are asked to plan accordingly.
Do I save money by purchasing at the Box Office?
In some cases, yes. This is determined on an event by event basis. A facility fee will be applied even when purchasing tickets at the Box Office. For specific fee amounts, please contact the Box Office at 401.331.6700.
